Idk if this is reaching but I feel like it speaks on how uncomfortable she is with the reality of what she's actually feeling, but it is exactly what she feels deep down inside. Sil can't shed those feelings, she always goes back to it. Kind of like the clothes she tried to take off but put right back on. Edit: Sil also probably got a bit excited and her temperature went up. lol
