What he says about right/left brain capabilities is absolutely true. Those who can switch back and forth and have talent in each are a serious force in any field, but especially in music or any entertainment related industry. I realize that Tedder may seem a bit long-winded on this video at times, but he is literally giving the viewer gem after gem of what it's like and what it takes in that world. Inspiring.
