In this video I share how I used Forex Fury over the past year to take a $10,000 account to over $20,000. I use a high risk trading approach to build the account, watching it closely myself to ensure it never hit a 20% drawdown.
There are many ways to use trading robots, but I feel that playing a role in the process is the best way. Don't simply put a robot on your chart and disappear for months on end. Watch it, make sure it isn't making bad trading decisions. In this test, I didn't need to manually intervene with any of the trades, but I would have if I felt it was necessary.

Once again, thanks for a super interesting video on this topic. Maybe an idea for a future video; dive deep into WHY a forex robot is not a get rich quick scheme that can run overnight. Which type of setting to change depending on market conditions or how to monitor a trading robot (Like it seems you're doing in regards to the stop loss).
I think that's a good idea Miklas. I definitely touch on these aspects but don't go too in depth. I try to keep these videos flowing for some entertainment purposes too

Hi Pat great video I followed the FXbook :) so as I understand the Fury is better without stoploss, only range + equity protection of 20% will be the protection, do you think it will be more safe to work with V5 cause the news filter?
No Eldar. This is a single test. I’m not saying this is the best way to use the robot. Just how I used it in this one test.

I've got this BOT in my toolbox. I've been busy the last 3 months perfecting prop firm challenge settings, testing TradingView indicators from other RUclips channels and organizing VPS's with broker platforms to trade EA's. I'm yet to test the settings for FF EA within this video on present market conditions. Hopping to do this very very soon.

Bro your stop loss is 9000 pips!! That's crazy. You gotta be able to afford a loss that high. No wonder you can hit those profits. The market doesn't move that aggressive towards 9000 pips stop loss. But I see you monitor your active losses so you can cut them out before it gets too far. Smart.

If you're managing the bot, then it's not a bot. It's a semi-bot. The one anomaly that you refer to which almost went to 20% will happen again - guaranteed. And if you bail at 20%, you'll be giving up most (or more) of your gains. Scalping only works when your losses are small - that goes for any market.
I could argue that every time you change a parameter that you are managing the robot, making it a semi-bot. Thanks for your input.

Hi Pat! I wondering what the right level of risk and stop loss pips would be when I try to pass the FTMO 50,000 challenge? I noticed that your settings are set to 20% (Risk per trade) and Stop loss, pips are 9000.
HI, you would need to SL manually or set a SL that follows their rules that stops you out below the max allowed drawdown.
$10k and just 5% on month
