Spot on video!! Mine goes into the bathroom for over an hour as he rubs rogain all over his balding head. He then coats his entire body with lotion, then works his way to his face where he has two different skin creams; one made especially for his eyes and one for his face. I have never in 30 years seen him behave this way until he got a new supply. Now it’s become a nightly ritual of trying to stop the hands of time. He’s now older and is doing everything he can to regain his youth. I find it absolutely hysterical bc I don’t even know of a woman who spends that much time in a bathroom moisturizering their entire body from head to toe and he’s a guy. He’s also on a strict diet to loose all that belly fat. He also now shaves his armpits. Not sure what that’s about but the level he goes through every night primping is a joke! Nothing is going to hide the ugly evil that’s inside of him no matter how much lotion he put on the outside!!

Imagine a mid 30 yr old taking constant selfies and repeatedly checking/uploading all her social media accts. She even wanted me to take pics of her in the park as if she was a model. No bs! When we grabbed dinner, she was taking so many selfies that the staff was staring at her with this look of disbelief. It was painful and embarrassing but hey one horrible date isn't so bad.
wouldn't that be very shameful? It's dishonourable. It demonstrates lack of understanding if those have done good by you and lacking that kind of emotional intelligence or w/e is, well, shameful.

Hello Clarice, thank you for this video, it was very informative. When I first met my ex I never noticed how many mirrors there were in her house. I just thought that it was a real ladies house. Very pretty, with lots of ornaments and collections of things, not a man’s house like my own, quite basic but comfortable with a few photos of the family, fruit bowls and couple of vases for flowers etc. I had a mirror in the bathroom one in the bedroom and that was it. Over time she amassed more mirrors throughout her house, bought mirrors to my house and complained because I didn’t have any full length mirrors in mine. Whenever we were out she constantly checked her appearance in the mirror, shops, supermarkets, walking down the street. She lives in a small block with three apartments in the block. She had a large mirror installed just before the main exit despite it being a shared space. Whenever we left she would check herself and spin around before stepping into the street. I remember her getting annoyed one day because I mimicked her actions after she had “checked the pose”. Now this video makes a lot of sense. Sorry for the long comment but it did make me smile a little. Just one thing, I do have quite a nice motorcycle, and sometimes when I am riding I find myself looking at the reflection in large shop windows. I hope this is normal, I don’t excessively check my appearance but the more of your videos I watch I think of things that she accused me of when it was her who was guilty of doing them. I'm a reasonably attractive person and take pride in my well groomed appearance with light hair styling just to make myself feel a little better about myself in day to day life as I've always had low self esteem and shyness. I don't feel the need to constantly take pictures of myself. I find it hard work to get a picture I look good in because I'm not very photogenic and find that it's effort that I can't be bothered to waste energy on like I once did as a teenager. I probably update my social media picture once a year now. She didn't say anything and ran straight to the bathroom. Later I had found out she had had Botox injections the day before. Oops! I felt embarrassed but at the same time I had a good laugh about it. I don't think she would have found it so amusing.😂

If the narc has so much shame, then why would they kill animals and then blame shift another to conceal such horrendous deeds. To me they fear less than their desire to harm defenseless animals. Or does that behavior fall under a different name such as psychopath? So in this case, the narc has gone into stealth mode to character assassinate the accidental witnesses by claiming the witness is crazy, therefore not believed. Now the witnesses privacy has been breached to the point having personal things stolen from their home and being stalked. In this case, it is a next door neighbor.

Any boon, I'll take - living on what some culture or social class consider to be virtuous is like shooting myself. Good question. Guilt is that feeling that comes when you take responsibility for something that has gone wrong.(Narcs don't do this) Whereas shame is that terrible feeling you get for being or appearing inadequate. I read some where that Shame focuses on self where as guilt focuses on behaviour.
Maybe if you took the time to understand that you said yourself that it comes from past insecurities aka traumas…. can't cope with shame if you're born right into it. beaten, humiliated since you gained consciousness of the world. and shame is only the beginning of more detrimental effects and events - it's fucking terror I will do damn well to avoid. narc, borderline, w/e - we do what we must to survive and maybe at one part of the labyrinth, we can find pathways that lead us to healthier ways. but it is so alien, how do we feel what supposedly most everyone feels now that your brain is far past development, crystallized in adulthood? Flexibility isn't the same even after maintaining it with good nutrition, mental and physical exercises. Plus, spiritual materialism - external cues enriching your spirituality, look like yourself and so feel more like yourself which can lead to better things for yourself whether you can now act on it or beckon it. How much of these definitions are based on 1 paradigm of 1 culture? Balances shift depending on even your immediate surroundings. Any boon, I'll take - living on what some culture or social class consider to be virtuous is like shooting myself. Are you sure some of you aren't just lashing out all the same and considering another evil when it is you who missed opportunities? it's like the nice guy gamers hating on women for being this and that when it reality, they are merely turning their own incapability into someone else's evil. And it's funny, these things are not ok as a person but it's okay as a movie, a story, marketing etc. why? The effects are always in play. I wonder what these patterns contribute to in the ecosystem. What is the role of a vampire in god's creation?

What is the difference between shame and guilt?
Good question. Guilt is that feeling that comes when you take responsibility for something that has gone wrong.(Narcs don't do this) Whereas shame is that terrible feeling you get for being or appearing inadequate. I read some where that Shame focuses on self where as guilt focuses on behaviour.
Does supply help the narc bury their shame?

Maybe if you took the time to understand that you said yourself that it comes from past insecurities aka traumas…. A bit more consideration would be nice instead of just degrading your fellow humans, ESPECIALLY when you’re AWARE that that is their weakness! “Shame: a PAINFUL emotion caused by consciousness of guilt, shortcoming or impropriety” if someone feels that to the point of it being physically noticeable, maybe try helping them instead of making fun of them on the internet…… maybe give them some actual useful advice instead of just saying f*** you
