Performance Boat Center technician Jake Leckliter received the chance of a lifetime when he was asked to become part of the M CON Offshore Racing team a few years ago. The 26-year-old Leckliter seized the opportunity, became the crew chief of one of the most successful Super Cat-and soon-to-be Class 1-race teams in the sport, and inherited a new family thanks to M CON owners Tyler and Lindsey Miller.
