Nah you don't have insomnia just because of that. When you have insomnia you know it.
You pass hours and hours being tired af and just wanting to sleep, but you just don't fall asleep.
By example, I am an insomniac and honestly, it's almost impossible for me to fall asleep if I don't take a whole lot of melatonin or sleeping pills.

synesthesia is like what asmr is because i believe it's where you experience one sense through another, you see or hear something and you feel it physically. I know it's a phenomenon you can experience on psychedelics, with the common example hearing colors or seeing sound but i believe it's also a form of- if not- what asmr is too.. Pretty ive experienced it before on acid plus from asmr. I could be wrong though with it relating to asmr, I just could of sworn I read it somewhere.

The fact about having no sense of smell can't be true. One night my dad fell asleep baking a frozen pizza and my mom started dreaming about someone baking bread. It eventually woke her up and she realized it was real and basically prevented the house from burning down.
Of course, I have experienced the lack of smell while sleeping when I realize there's food cooking downstairs once I wake up.

Did I hear "the human ear can hear from 1kHz to 15kHz"? We can definitely hear lower than 1kHz. Roughly 20 Hz I think..

I learned something interesting about the 20 Hz sound range. We can perceive it but not hear it on a conscious level. 20 Hz is a Lo-Fi frequency that causes paranoia and agitation. Seriously, if you want to test it out just find a RUclips video of 20 Hz background audio or lower and start it playing while you're doing things around the house and see how your mood changes or even the mood of people around you who don't know the audio is playing. It is a very real phenomena.

You get horrible, tormenting nightmares that you forget as soon as you wake up. You suffer and cry in your sleep every night.
