You can cure your dry lips with a/d diaper rash ointment. Slather it on your lips at night. Make sure it’s the ointment not the white paste version. Sounds really random but it is amazing.
Please make a list of your products too. Love the look!
In a supermarket here in Mexico a girl suggested that foundation and the same tone for my dry skin, I like it for everything you mention and by the way I loved the look to use in the Office 😍

I also have super dry skin. So I always look moisturizer for extra dry skin. It works wonder for me.

For the dry lips I think Blistex works very well, it is the simple one withe blue and white color. Thanks for the vid!
