Where did you get your wooden marker holder?

I bought it on Stamp N Storage (www.stampnstorage.com/ ) many years ago. They don't have the exact holder I have, but they have some similar ones that would work well.

What company makes the Aida embossing folder you have?

That is actually one of Papertrey Ink's Impression Plates. I actually don't see the Aida one on their website anymore, but a similar one I think would be the "Linen & Canvas" Impression Plate. Those are nice because they have a different texture on each side you can choose from.
