- ps. the timeline of this video is a bit mixed up. My first fight happened in March (5 months after I started training) but I decided to film the story-telling part recently. So if you spot something odd about the video, I apologize 👀

(Some 4k footages are from people who helped me film and they use wayyyy better cameras than these two lol)

Kickboxer here. I am heading towards my 4-man tournament title fight on 17 Aug. I literally saw this video while eating breakfast at my gym this morning. I will be fighting at a higher weight class so it will literally be David VS Goliath, twice on the same day.

I also recently started training Sanda about 4 months ago, and 2 weeks ago I participated in a tournament for the first time. Since there was only one other woman in my weight class, I only had one fight, wich I also lost 😅.
Cardio is definitely something that I underestimated how much tougher it is vs in the ring, but worst for me was keeping my mental shit together and staying calm.

Right as you said it, I was thinking it ‘you stepped into the ring’. Brave. And Kudos. I’m 51 and just started training again in April of this year. My hips are not what they used to be. I love muay thai.

I just start training mma for the last 4 months and have had 2 white collor fights (im 1-1). I picked it up mainly because I felt same becuase life felt boring and now I have found a new love.
