You covered most of the things I wanna tell everyone else, but you are doing a way better job! Thank you!. I did add a function for players who wanna know how budget augments perform. They can check the "use LC augments" check mark, and it will automatically convert all non-S augments into LC varinants if possible, e.g., Gladia soul vs Gladia soul LC, Lux halphinale vs Halphinale LC., etc. There is a similar function to convert anaddi deft augments into anaddi non-deft augments with a single click as well. Also, it is okay to put expensive augments on Eredim if you do plan to transition to another 11* later, because we will have augment event and we can tranfer augments, from Eredim, to another 11* weapon easily later down the line. As for fixa fatale. I do not recommend people going BiS to chase for fatale anymore. Fatale would be good for players using LC augments, but it will not be good as we get more augments with potency floor. When we have another fused capsule from duel phase 5, we can expect fixa attack to beat fixa fatale when we have more potency floors added. Fixa Abandac will be meta again (Fixa Wix for Ranger and Force) if you are chasing fixa 4 or 5.
Considering I went all in with Reynaar, never got my Wingards, then went all in with Eredim; it feels better to me. Not constantly hemorrhaging PP is nice. Go figure. The EX Augs are a fun bonus too.
Eredim looks surprisingly solid in spite of how easy it is to farm them in comparison with Reyaar (I got lucky landing Reyaar drops when it was new). Honestly I’m sticking with Wingard as I got EX augments as well as an Addi and Lux capsule in it. Though I might run Eredium on a secondary character for fun.
It made sense for me to just build an eredim. It's cheap due to the event and I didn't feel like having to spend a transfer pass cause I honestly didn't have augs worth much. One thing I feel isn't mentioned here is just how much better it feels to use eredim over Reyaar specifically. With Shortage PP burn or Tech Arms Suppress on an eredim you can effectively use PAs back to back constantly with no normals or fillers needed and it does result in a dps increase in my personal experience, At least on Saber and knux it feels great. Granted, this depends heavily on the encounter and how much you are countering, but for sandbagging I like it a lot. I haven't tested it, but even if say Reyaar, with one of the PP management EX augs could do the same thing, I still probably wouldn't bother switching and re-augmenting. Find EX combo, build weapon, re-aug to save pass, gg.
this explains why wingard prices didn't tank. still don't know how people are getting them to drop. especially the ones for their specific class. not even hours of grinding 400%+ rdp gets them.
I decided to build on an Eredim (id laugh if someone misspelled that as Eridium) tmg since I dont have a dedicated tmg and while I could have made a xover or rayaar instead im honestly fond of weap potentials that do not have conditional shenanigans. That and it has fixa termina 3. I still have my wingard gb so that's what im keeping for slayer.
I got former full bis Wingard with Fat 3 so I will just keep using that. For now that is already overkill for every content we can do. But I will gather resources and sit on them waiting for a campaign or when mdfa r2 equires it.
would like to know the best way to build one using the EX aug on a TMG for Gunner? I got a fatala 4 and had a 5 but burnt it try to preset transfer. Will look for another Fatala 5...
I got a wingard with termina 3 in the first week that wingards came out. My friend insisted me to sell it before the patch because it would become useless and priceless. I'm glad I didn't listen, I just put EX to my wingard and I'm happy about it
i think that just looking at the general dps chart isn't fair here. you shouldn't be comparing a fully augmented xover with ex augments to an eredim weapon, you should be comparing a pre-ex fully augmented xover to a budget eredim with ex augments, since you lose all your augments when you want to put ex augments on xover. that ends up making eredim ~1-3% (depending on the class) better than xover.
I have moved over to the new weapon, and initially, it felt weak/weaker than my Verz. Then, I was like, there's no potential on it lol. Now being POT 6, its so much better, haha... I managed to get Fixa Wix 5 on it, and BIS augments, too and colour varient... Ex augments are good, but I would prefer X versions and not R lol. Nevertheless, feels solid for now.
I guess either way for EX augments you have to reaugment and at the time of release we only have access to one transfer so it's not terrible if you play multiple classes.
This is typical Sega though, Eredim is just fodder for EX Aug, I’m sure a new 11* will be out soon, seems to follow the pattern of the 10* I like the fact you can change you EX Aug as and when you please.

I'm never going to grind for Wingards, the drop rate is too abysmal and I'm not shelling +10mil for them. I don't ever care about minmaxing in any game I play. I'm either running Xover weapons or Eredim.
I got lucky when i got my Wingard GB, and threw in a level 1 skill preset capsule on it for fixa blastor 1. I dont mind the loss of potency for eredim's potential considering its the only drop for nameless city and its potential's unconditional like the brawngas of old.
I prefer eridium’s potential to bouncer xover - having -10% PP consumption is great QOL and you get 5% crit rate as well. Problem is, I have a fixa fatale 5 xover maxed out /: Also, can you link the damage calculator?
You have to open chests with the points you gain from trials, pickups, and mob killing. Using a 100% rdr booster, which will last about 4 runs of city, you should see anywhere from 30-60 Eredim depending on your luck and your point management. Red has the best chances of an Eredim, but even blues (the worse chest color) can drop them too. Also a tip for city farming: if there's a big group of players going from trial to trial murdering everything in their path, STAY WITH THEM. If a point collection trial starts, do that instead of killing mobs.

Quality appears to be rainbow, red, green then blue, there are also hidden ones that will ping on your mag radar they give 500 points when you find them and cost 3000 points they appear to have extended loot in them.
@@DustinDonald-cz9ot The hidden/wandering/purple boxes will randomly have the same loot as a red green or blue when you open them. They're definitely worth finding while exploring the city. I think red is actually more likely to have Eredim than rainbow, because it rolls multiple times (so it can also give up to 6 at once, I've seen), but you should still get that once-pre-day-per-ship rainbow box each day, too.
That spreadsheet really needs to add a line for wingard that has no PB marker. You will not be getting the mark on normal mobs. Yes, mobbing is relevant content. Not to mention: Eredim benefits from others' wingard marker as well. It's 1/1,000,000th the price of wingard, and your EX set, anaddi, lux, gigas gran, and whatever else can be moved onto the next weapon (bet on August) without a pass, plus cheap fixa, cheap CV, cheap multiweapon, for less than a % difference from a fixa 1 wingard, which is about all that's affordable at the moment. By the time wingard becomes cheap, it'll be replaced by the next thing anyway. I am not paying those ridiculous augment prices again, nor wasting a very limited resource (transfer pass). I also like playing more than one class, and transfer pass is not nearly common enough, at the moment, for that. I'm saying eredim all the way, once the cheap enhance campaign starts.
i mean free and easy to farm drop like candy wep....why not hahaha never gotten a single wingard :_( but yes there are runs even with the10k point chest does not drop the wep :_ but still easy farm hahaha

Damage calculator says Xover is slightly stronger than Eredim for my setup, unless I can get a Fixa 5 Eredim (my Xover is Fixa 3).

With so many eredim weapons it's not hard to get a high preset. My xover rod has unwix lvl 3 but there's a lvl 5 eredim rod for 2 mil,
