Rules & Regulations 📝
The duration allowed for a film is 1 minute (60 seconds) and if you cannot finish it within 60 seconds, it should not exceed 69 seconds.
There is no limit on genres, we are open to all genres.
Our choice of selection would be based on three criteria, i) Quality, ii) Theme, iii) Presentation.
We are accepting all languages worldwide So you must have English Subtitles if your short film is not in Tamil.
The film which you are sending to us should not be released on any other platforms, strictly.
Films which have won will be streamed only on the LIGHTZ ON RUclips Channel.
While uploading your film it should not exceed 100MB in size.
If your film gets selected, we will collect your film in HD format.
