I just love your commitment to share all this wisdom but thank goodness I have Gene Key number 5 as a teacher and it has assisted me in recognising the shadow of impatience and I have experienced the gift of patience as it sounds as if it will be a few more years before the book is published hahaha 😂 you have a wonderful sense of humour!! Your writing is so poetic and enchanting. I really love when you talked about the S words all pointing in the same direction and all you have to do is pick one and follow it with your breath! A part of me was immediately transported. Another gem, when you talked about the divine juxtaposition of spontaneous inaction, and how dropping into that space leads to authentic action- soo good. I loved your weaving of the 24 story- 24.5 is my lifework, and I am just starting to understand it's meaning. I can't wait for this next baby of yours to be birthed! Wow Richard. This is so cool! I was in the bath today doing a triple flame pause and what came to me was a clear intuition 'Richard is a Sage'. Bear in mind I didn't know what a sage was and thought 'i must Google that's 😅 this is so wonderful and synchronous 🙏 thank you for the update and magical wisdom that touches our hearts beyond the screen 💓 bless you sweet soul
I really like what you said at 10:12, that addiction is capable of being transformed into healthier and healthier patterns. Something I initially reacted very strongly to reading in GK24's Shadow was "the truth is addiction can be creatively used to raise frequency". Some months into doing Gene Keys practices I stopped drinking coffee. I didn't decide to, I just noticed one day I'd stopped a twice-daily two-shots of espresso with sugar and other chemicals habit. I'm not going to credit the Gene Keys with this completely, but I am going to say the daily practices certainly made caffeine and sugar withdrawal a peaceful climb to clarity rather than a chaos rollercoaster of withdrawal. I felt my frequency stabilise as I came into the natural light - the side of tea. ☕🌞(although I can still enjoy coffee it's just not a daily practice I want anymore)

Wow! I did my first sweat lodge ceremony today. In round two I felt a profound stillness unlike anything I have ever felt. Prior to attending I pulled from three decks. I got strength (8), strength (8) and from my oracle deck the lady of the lake (8). This is a very nice sync to come home to.

It's amazing you read two keys that I have, and write prophetic for me at the moment. 20.2 in my SQ, and 24.1 in my Radiance. I'm experiencing some health issues and issues with what direction to take my fiction writing. Intuitively, I've always known and honored that I need a lot of personal space to just ponder things in a gentle way and they the answer will eventually come to me. And sometimes the answer is that there is no answer 😅 which ties into what you said about being careful of goals. I've lately been thinking that perhaps I'm not meant to be a writer in the way I've always wished for. Maybe the writing is just my personal form of contemplation and that's all it will ever be. This past week I have been sitting in silence a lot since I don't know how to proceed. After hearing your transmission, I will take this silence further with my breath to alternate between dancing and meditation whenever I'm internally guided to it. Sorry for this lengthy comment, hopefully it helps someone else! Lastly just wanted to add that I'm so thankful and honored to be alive during this time of the Gene Keys transmission and what a huge and wonderful impact it's had in my life. Thank you for having the courage to bring this work into the world. 🙏❤️🧬
