Great reaction - this is a real banger and you have another 6 great songs to enjoy. Yes that was Su with the softly spoken part in the middle. Maya in Hindu myth is the representation of illusion (which is the theme in this song) - using a mixture of English and Japanese in this song may also be a way to represent moving between the real world and the virtual world and perhaps how they blur together, so distinguishing what is real or not isn't easy and it may all be an illusion.
Ok at this point I'm convinced you work closely with the group. You are ALWAYS on point with every detail about babymetal. From band members to the business side 🤣😂 for real though thank you so much for all hour knowledge and continued support.
The piece has already been performed in Yokohama and Frankfurt, Luxembourg and Copenhagen. SU-METAL, who danced and sang with intense choreography, stunned us as always.
I would have loved seeing MAYA in Stockholm, the Danes always are always better off. 😄 Seeing the actual choreography for Metal Kingdom was pretty cool though, which I assume they didn't get to see in Copenhagen.
excellent content Michael-Metal, i love this album, I think it's my favorite now, been listening to it everyday since before it even came out, yeah so MOA got to harmonize with her younger self on a few tracks, and they really went to town with the voice effects buttons on her vocals, checkout the all English song "Believing" which has a robotic MOA singing the verses with her younger self and SU and her younger self handle the chorus, and it's heavy and beautiful, it's just awesome or what SU would call it "Hella Awesome"
Welcome back to BabyMetal's metalverse 🌐 Say my name! MomoMetal dexth!🦊🤘🍑 Cool to see you're back. Fans at Frankfurt, Luxembourg and Copenhagen were so lucky to hear this song live, singing and screaming their lungs out, is totally a banger. Yeah, SuMetal is always impressive how she keeps getting better with her English lines, they got a full song in English in this album, is called Believing, go check it out. See you next time.🦊🤘🔥
I felt the same, Su still has the power while singing, but she makes her singing softer. Is it because of the interpretation or skill upgrade? I am still thinking. In my culture, it's been said "the love of a 17 years old girl is something else". I appreciate the direct expression of Su for those performance before her 20th. I also appreciate Su retains her strength of expression just like what she's doing right now.
Every time I hear the, “Say my name!’, I wanna scream, “Moaaaaaa”!👊🏽⚡️🤘🏾🦊 Spot on comment about the industrial metal sound. I hear some NIN or Kreator in that driving riff…
