I lived in Benalmadena nearby almost 40 years ago. I was often in Fuengirola. I learned to speak Spanish. I had a private teacher from Argentina. So many good memories.
We visited fungeroila back in 2019 was my very first holiday to Spain and abroad we loved it wed said we would love to go back one day stayed at the jabega apartments beautiful so is mijas which we also visited hoping to make it happen again in 2025 hoping Early April 🇪🇦🇪🇦

Didnt like it its a very boring place, typical tourist place with lots of english bars everywhere. Not comparable to Malaga city, Grenada or other bigger towns in costa del sol

I'm seriously thinking about moving to Fuengirola. I have only been to Marbella and Malaga but it seems a good mix of the two?
Id happily move to fungeroila tomorrow if I could been to many parts of Spain over the years but nothing beats fungeroila

@j.katyLevin.2684 Hmmm I heard it was more local buy I guess I will make up my mind when I see it. I actually prefer Marbella over Malaga personally
