If you're going to use the FM mode, (at least here in the USA), you SHOULD make certain that you are operating in the proper (29.5 - 29.7 MHz), allocation of the 10 meter band. "Caveat Emptor"!
Which kind of audio plug is used for straight key? Which kind of audio plug is userd for paddle (ie Iambic)? The straight key uses two wires and the paddle uses three wires, or what? Thank you

Good explanations but you should have viewed video after you recorded it. You would have then noticed that the g90's display was unreadable in the video. Other than that a great video.
With some rigs, you can record the "CQ CQ etc." message, and play it so that you don't have to do it each time by hand/key. Is the G-90 capable of recording the initial CQ protocol? Thank you. 73 de N4ANO

I just got one for CW. it says the indicator light will flash when recieving cw at the proper pitch. Ive only seen mine flash once or twice with a very good signal. Do I have to adjust a "pitch setting"? Hope you can help me with this. Thanks. KN4RWQ
CW-R (CW Reverse) mode receives CW signals with a reverse side CW carrier point like that of LSB and USB modes. Use when interfering signals are near a desired signal and you want to change the interference tone.
Thanks. Best wishes from New Zealand.
Same to you!
PLEASE RESPOND - I need to know the key stereo plug's wiring to connect with my dual paddle (CW MORSE Red Double Paddle).
Thank you !

do you know of any setup in which you can operate CW using a keyboard with a program such as CW Type? I can get the rig to key but no power goes out.
Never say dot or dash, messes your head, use dit and dar.

Mine worked flawlessly out of the box. It got even better when the wpm was turned up to 25. Hold the key button and increase the wpm options.
Can you please tell me what the CWR mode is? Thanks

@@MrSparks54 oh cool! Thanks. I really my G-90.
