Even Georges Saint Pierre, the former welterweight ufc champion said that he didn't focus on diet too much because it's too much of a hassle. And there you have it folks, all this clean eating and organic eating doesn't really make a difference regarding weightloss other than draining your wallet. Just do boxing/mma 5 times a week in beginner's class and you lose more than 1kg a week regardless of what you eat.
Yeah it definitely depends on what kind of exercise your are doing and also what you're eating. Strength training is where it's at, having muscle helps burn fat. But still, you can't workout and then go eat cheese burgers and pizza every meal and expect to lose weight.
