- The luxurious and historic Club 33 at Disneyland is one of most exclusive and difficult bars to get into. However, their cocktails are absolutely world-class, which is a shame for many cocktail lovers who will never be able to get into the bar to try them. So to help everyone out, we decided to feature one of their former bartenders to share with us a few of their house favorites.

10 Mint Leaves
3/4oz Lime Juice
1oz Pineapple Juice
.5oz Honey Syrup (2 Honey to 1 Water)
.75oz Peach Liqueur
1oz White Agricole Rhum
1oz Pot Still Jamaican Rum
METHOD: Shake / Crushed Ice
GLASSWARE: Snifter
GARNISH: Mint Sprigs
TROPHY ROOM COCKTAIL
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
1/2oz Maraschino Liqueur
3/4oz Cynar
3/4oz Cognac
3/4oz Bourbon
METHOD: Stir
GLASSWARE: Nick & Nora
GARNISH: Orange Twist
STIGGINS’ RUIN
3/4oz Gran Clasico
3/4oz Pear Liqueur
3/4oz Stiggins’ Fancy Pineapple Rum
3/4oz Plantation OFTD Overproof Rum
METHOD: Stir
GLASSWARE: Double Old-Fashioned

Was at club 33 recently and got the chance to enjoy two of these cocktails plus a third that was featured for their Emerald Anniversary, the Boule Fwi. I would love a follow up to this video with more Club 33 recipes haha.

I just realized he said Noah and Sam for the third drink..
But the tiki bar at the downtown Disney was Trader SAM'S TIKI BAR and drew a conclusion.. subscribed because I enjoyed the video but use to spend time at Polite Provisions :)
Still trying to figure out what's in the master chief since it's no longer on the menu :(
I just made the Trophy Room subbing Cynar for Campari (I don't have other alternatives like Averna) and added some simple syrup to balance it out. It turned out really nice - some Manhattan-esque vibes. I had no idea about Club 33 but loved this video. Keep em coming.
That sounds like a crazy delicious riff. Maybe name something to make it an homage to the Trophy Room ;-)

Awesome. The Smuggler's Cove Aku-Aku (their Missionaries Downfall version) is one of the most frequently made cocktails in my house. This one is definitely different enough that I'm excited to try it. I also happen to have Smith and Cross and some good white agricole on hand (not at all easy/possible to get in Ontario, Canada) so I'm jazzed. Great episode as usual. Thanks!

Erick, another sensational episode. For the holidays, it would be amazing to see Demi and Eliza from Youngblood on your show to share some dessert cocktail creations. Demi's "Carajilla", which I believe has Reposado, Licor 43, Mr. Black and Cream and Eliza's magical elixir, "Gingerbread," which I have no clue how to make. I've been able to dazzle many friends at home with the "Moonlight Sonata" featured on your website. A true holiday banger! 🎅🏻

By the way, the Moonlight Sonata was Lauren Sponberg's. She is at Craft & Commerce now and an absolute titan behind the bar.
