Whats the drop rate? I first stole level 3 BB gear right away, then when I returned, I was only able to steal shackles but no BB loot. Is there an amount of time that has to pass for the BB gear to "respawn" on the chained cyclops again?

Idk how but I never encountered this issue lol. Though I'm also on my first playtrough and I assume some high level peeps took my pawn for a field trip because he always came back with a ton of RC and at the time I didn't k ow what to do with it lol.
@@raventhorX Currently playing on Xbox and I wish that was the case. Most of my RC comes from Badges of Vows.
Mage pawn with healing, buffs and grapnel + skimpy armor = easy RC. Level 70-90 and I got 700k RC after about 5 days of not playing. Take advantage of the simple mind most gamers have 😅
Thanks for the advice! Also haven't used Master Thief, seemed like a waste of discipline. Love that even though I originally played the game back on the PS3, I'm still learning new things about it to this day.
Skipped Master Thief for the longest time for the same reason. Could have saved me a lot of time if i tried it earlier ;-)
Thanks for this, I'll change my vocation to strider tomorrow. I need to upgrade the traveler fop so I can get the slumbering promise achievement. I dragonforged the scalding razors but I don't want to go to pilgrim's gauntlet since I'm still early game.
COOL STUFF! don't know master thief is this good I didn't bother use it...
ignored it myself for the longest time, was very suppriessed as i found out.
Using this to get gear in NG+. Put as much into Stamina as I could while at level 77. Want to make sure the Ur Dragon is defeated before going through BBI. Don't even need the ring for discipline. Got them all maxed using one and about a week of non stop grinding.
Edit: 2 second after commenting, I got 2 Lev. 3 Bitterblack Novelty!
I only get bones and buckles lol but it kind of works 10/10 Ty for making this video it can help a lot with money

Wanted to get some materials to sell for cash so did about 15mins of stealing and got 3 lv3s and 4 lv2s along the way. It still works !!

My bad as I misread the title! Lol! I thought you were going to show how to get all the high-level gear from BBI from Duskmoon Tower at LV3? That's actually doable btw!

People say they felt their time grinding for everfall armor and weapons wasted because of BBI but I feel like people who did grind for good ever fall gear actually are in a much better position than players first starting this game in dark arisen because they don't have to bother with level 1 and maybe even not have to bother with level 2s depending on their skill they can skip up to 3 with little issue meanwhile newer players have and an overwhelming grind ahead lol
agree, everfall was the original endgame after all. i never understood why i should skip big parts of a game just to play the dlc on repeat.
@@dugarrYT Also lets admit the truth, the reason why the time spent with everfall gear in BBI felt so short is because players suffered and trained on bull shit before BBI came out so not only did they have op gear to carry them they also had hellhounds and hydras to toughen them up lol. While BBI has stronger enemies stat wise everfall design was straight up unfair and bullshit at times. Hellhounds still in my worst enemies of the game list only topped by phantoms type enemies (because phantoms are literally nothing but a time sync) and the only reason they are easy now is due to powercreep if they suddenly patched out BBI they would beg for BBI to return haha.
BBI is tough but fair "most" of the time everfall is just straight up torture until you hit higher levels to farm its why many people spammed NG+ alot to level before actually farming the hard content of everfall because some of the enemies there expect you to be level 70-100 while other enemies are the normal fodder you found pre-grigori.
if you don't skip content, you are around lvl 70-80 before the everfall
BBI progression: need level 3 gears to continue the dungeon, need to complete the dungeon to get BBI gears. p a i n

Master thief xan be used to get loot and some equipement from pawns and guard s walking outside gran soren, i got the thief bandana like that
i use master thief on pawns mainly for consumables.

I bought this game about week ago. Went through the maingame, now playing on HC. Gearing is not so problematic for me, but the purifying is. I just don't get enough rift crystals to identify them. I slay every mob, loot every chest way down to helix, kill boss, loot the cages via jumping (2x 2000) but it's still not enough compared to the gear I get. Is there any better way to get RC so I won't be stucked with like 20 unidentified items in my storage? :/
the most profitable is if somebody rents your pawn. but it's also the most unreliable. if you put in the time you can gather all badges which is 200k every ng+
For me Saurians in BBI have the most frequent rift Crystal drops
I need to try Strider class get master thief perk and do the loot path to farm BBI gear
What skills do you need how do you get here alot of key information just missed entirely.
0:25 for the skills and 0:45 is how you get there.

This is more than help this is game changing. Both in bitterblack item grind and in finding out how great master thief is.
@@mogreturns2868 you will still grind a lot for all the different armor sets. but novelties and rings are pretty easy with master thief.

Did this get patched or something, I’ve been using master thief on the Gorecyclops for 2 days straight and have only gotten noveltys, not a single gear.
sounds like an immensely depressing streak of bad luck. the last patch was 4 years ago.

Master Thief gets ignored by most players, so this is not common knowledge 😉
@@dugarrYT i saw the pillage skill after leveling up the steal skill, i thought itd be pretty useless in battle,but with the giant chained up its practically a free all you can get sample 😂
exactly. and you get easy consumables from pawns in the wild.
is there also an easy way post diamon? the boss isnt on chains after beatinf first daimon 😢
there are more chained cyclops deeper into BBI, but they are not alone. you can try to run past everything else.
I got like 6 novelty’s and still no gear… I guess the gear is rlly rare this really isn’t worth doing imo

I've always wanted to do master thief (esp on daimon) but I love using my MA.
i‘m not sure if master thief works on daimon. he has to be stunned or immobilized long enough for the skill to work. maybe right after a blast arrow hit. actually.. now i want to know 😂

I've been doing it for 30 minutes straight now, have only received 3 novelty and 1 gear amongst HUNDREDS of bones and buckles....
it has not been patched.
do I need good daggers or am I just unfortunate and can only steal bones
your weapon doesn't matter. seems you just have a streak of bad luck

drops are purely random, sometimes you just have bad luck :-(

Yes, after you defeated Daimon, he will no longer be chained.
Yeah it works havent beat deamon on this hard mode run so its still chained up thankfully, i did notice my drops be lacking so far an hour of farming i only got 1 cursed gear lvl3 but a ton of lvl2 and lvl 3 items like rings and stuff@dugarrYT

Actually you can try this in forgotten hall. There are two giants but not sure if they drop gear lvl3

Super luck-dependant. I'd rather do chests run + rest 4 times, usually more efficient.
this is more for people pre-daimon who don‘t have access to chests. once in post-daimon, i would never do this again.

I love how u did a speed run to "show us" where to get bbi lvl 3 stuff and using skills u wont get till wayyyyy later im lvl 15 strider and i didnt even know pilfer existed
you aren't supposed to be on bbi with lvl15, after finishing the main game you are usually around 40-60
