My goodness this was very impressive. I’ve seen one other person make Cheez-Its, but I’ve never seen anybody make the soda, crackers, and the Ritz crackers. I will be watching you from now on. Thank you for the good videos.❤
That’s funny I just made a batch this morning out of einkorn flour, but I freshly milled it and they weren’t as crisp as I think they should be! I think A/P flour is the secret! lol I’ll have to try these! ❤

Thanks for watching. The yeast makes the crackers taste more like store crackers. It is not a requirement.
