    Unbelievably high def photo/video. Does this Camaro justice. This is beyond concourse restored. And not trailered. That is sweet!

      Yes. This is a special car - restored, owned, driven, and cherished by special people. I also appreciate your kind words about the video: it’s not possible to perfectly craft footage when shooting guerrilla style on the fly at car shows, but I do the best I can, and the job is made easier when the subject is this pristine!

    I have Mopars. A 1970 Charger R/T and a 1970 ‘Cuda. Both 440 Six Pack 4 speed from the factory. But I love all the late 60’s to early 70’s muscle cars. That Camaro is one of the most beautiful of all of them. 👍😎

    WOW, BEAUTIFUL, was nicely optioned too, i had 3 1st gen. Camaro's 2 67 w RS package and a 69 Z-28 for many years, 2nd one was a Yenko clone, 427/425 with 456 gears and a 4 speed, 12.7 second car with ease

      @@24X7CARZ I haven't seen many 69's with the hideaways, did you ever see the fold down rear seat option or that liquid traction sprayer that was in the trunk?
      I really miss the 2nd one i had which was the Yenko clone. I bought the body with a 12 bolt and 456 gears, i found a 427/425 from a 68 Impala that needed a refresh and dropped it in with a 4 speed, Zoom borg and beck pressure plate and street/strip clutch disc, easy 12.7 at 110 mph with 25 inch slicks and a junk Holley 780, a guy who weekend raced told me 12.4 or lower with a single plane intake and a 800/850 double pumper. That sounds like a bit of a cam compared to the stock 350 hp version, sure worth a FORTUNE with such a top level restoration

      @24X7CARZ  Год назад +1

      Jim -- If I see the Camaro at a future show, I'll hopefully get to take a longer look regarding the details like those you mentioned. Also, do you see another 1st-gen Camaro in your future?

    • @zxtenn

      @@24X7CARZ For me to get another one it would have to be non-original, something with a 502/572 or a STRONG stroker SB and a 5 speed to bring performance to equal the newer ones. That will be expensive and difficult to find the right one. I see some ROUGH vehicles for 30-40 so i assume i would be spending 60 + for a nice turn key example where everything works and has a GOOD paint job, all body parts and gaps fit 100% , etc. The rough ones seem to have lots of things that dont work like gauges, not the best paint jobs, bad panel alignment, etc. For now i love youtube for examples like this one and thank you for showing it, its a BEAUTY
