So sorry to say that is not balayage. Balayage is painting technique. N it's blended from darker root to brighter mids and end. N I can see that not the desire color I can still see lot of orange tone in your hair..I can help you with the formula n you can do it at home.. dm me L_the_barber(Instagram page)

8:45 I can see over done bleached..it has yellow spots in between which is not looking nice..
When u prelighten the hair it needs to turns white ashy colour n not Yellow.
