The 3 is specifying two tiles while the 2 next to it has one mine already solved, but it specifies a tile that DOESNT also work with the 3, the tile that the 2 and 3 dont share is safe, with a double 4, the middle being the mine, and another 3 below the original 3.

My mistake, that 4 i edited in should be a 3. 😅😅😅
