@testing123reviews thank you so much for that:) ive actually tried that before but it still varies..i might just have to experiment more!thanks alot for your time:).great playing btw.:)
Compared to the new ones from, say, Mooer and Nux etc, what would I rather go for? This line6 400hd or the, say, mg400 from Nux? Yes, I was recently fortunate enough to find this at around the same price as a new mg400 by Nux or something similar from Mooer. I know it's been 12 long years but still I'd be very interested in your 2 cents on the matter specially if you're still playing the guitar with these kinds of processors. Thanks. Great vdo, by the way, quite informative.
@MrSalmonSam The pedal 2 jack is used to attach another expression pedal. So you can use the on the POD for Volume and Wha, and use the other pedal for some pitch/whammy effects or on some rotary fx and being able to control the rate via the second pedal.
@Tuscopa There is the FX only button on the POD, however there is a significant design fault. Yes you can use the effects on there own with your amp, but you cannot save FX presets on their own. Sadly you can only save FX presets with the amp models. As for using it as a master controller to switch channels on your amps, that is only possible if you use a Line 6 DT50. Lastly using it on Revalver & Amplitube as a midi controller that might work, but I think Amplitube have a footswitch available.
Hi Josh !! I really liked te tone of the Pod HD400 and it´s a great device for recordings either . I just have one question , i have a small 35 watt Orange Crush practice amp and it has some built in effects ,do you think the POD HD will sound good through it? ( i´m going to cut out the built in effects of the amp for that ) . Thanks a lot !!
Hi there, i know you answered this question a year ago, but by any chance.. Do you know if it is really possible to control amplitube/ guitar rig with this POD? Thanks!.
I set the mid, bass and treble controls around 12-1 o'clock. Used the hi-gain amp models but had the Gain control set at 11-12 o'clock. Then I added a stompbox OD like a Tubescreamer with the gain on 0 and the level set high, tightens things up. Had it going through the 2x12 cab simulation
helo, can someone please help me out?.i just bought this pedal..the problem is i dont have much experience with these pedals ive only owned a jcm900 and always used the distortion on there to be honest even when playing live..i know how to make patches n all that but when i play it through my amp on the clean channel, the sound levels change drastically for each preset.like clean presets are very soft and distorted channels are usually very loud.how do i fix this?.thank you.:)

@slashniss When you create the patches, adjust the channel volume. Then save and then it's sorted :)
can u plug this into a computer or into studio monitors?

Exactly the correct way to use an overdrive as a clean boost :)
@aznazm You can do both
