Thanks for the review Ted! This is the most thorough and well spoken review we’ve received to date and I’d love the chance to respond to a few points you brought up. Pack Case Opening - We have had many instances where if a person does not open the latch the clockwise method on the left latch and counterclockwise on the right latch, it will overstress the acrylic and snap the latch off. I try to explain it by if you turn the screwdriver clockwise on the right latch, you are actually lifting up on the pane and not on the latch itself. It acts like the wishbone in a turkey and if you overstress that joint, it will snap. Pack Case Inner Pack Discount (12 units) - I (Chris) personally really like this idea and will talk to my brother about this today. I don’t see why we couldn’t offer a discount for a sealed set of 12. Precon Deck (Alpha Only?) - This was a good catch by you and an oversight from us. It does indeed fit both Alpha and Beta and the change has been made to our site. Thank you! Sliding Pane on Box Case - As far as the seal being optional, most people aren’t moving the cases around and everything you said is right on the money. If you do see a need to move the case around, absolutely use the seal as demonstrated by Ted. In the future, we are looking at ways to add a “locking” mechanism for that sliding pane that may eliminate the need for the seal all together. We do not use magnets because they add a ton of unsightly material to the cases (I believe from our research with our suppliers it’s a minimum thickness of 5 or 8mm which is a lot). You mentioned about the Precon Decks not being used as a transport for your playable decks which we totally agree with. These are designed for protecting and displaying only. In the future, we may develop a solution for deck boxes but there are a lot of great options currently available. Fitment Search - When these wind up in the hands of LGSs, there is a QR code on the side of the box a user can scan that will allow you to check the fitment of your product in advance before buying a case. This feature is on our website as well and uses a SKU so you know exactly which case to buy. If any viewers ever have any questions, we encourage them to reach out to us through our website! Thank you again for the awesome review and the opportunity to respond. We are humbled and thrilled you enjoyed our products!
I really appreciate your response and the extra detail your provided. You've done a great job bringing this product to market, and I'm excited about the prospect of a 12-pack master case of your pack cases. And I'd love to review any new products you bring to market if you are open to it 😀. Also, I added your email to the video description for viewers to reach out.
On the feet, I really like them on my high shelf. They stick and don’t let the box slide, or let me feel like I’m going to knock it off. Definitely give them consideration for that.
@@mitchumd that's a good point, I didn't even think of the grip aspect. Another thought I had after the video is that some people may want to stand their box up to see it more clearly off the shelf. So the feet could also go on the back wall if that face of the box becomes your bottom facing the shelf.

Bearish are the best acrylic cases I’ve used without question! Great review!
