Thank you for having a channel with real information. You'll get my ongoing views, my ongoing likes and you got a new subscriber. One question, how does one handle this if they're socially awkward and have trouble communicating well on client calls? Is it just something you have to get better at? I'm particularly wanting to avoid calls because I have a speech impediment (well, a sort of stammer) and I also work at an agency full time so I can't take calls. Any thoughts on how to manage that?
Thanks so much for the kind words, I truly appreciate it! Yes, it definitely takes time to get better speaking on calls. It's something that you can gradually improve over time. You can also communicate over text chat, but it's more difficult to get a good feel for the client imo.

@JoshBurnsTech There seems to be an issue. Checked using two diiferent browsers. A single update makes everything a mess as soon as I press enter and I get a suggesion did you mean .....? I also have 5 input fields on my advanced search while you have 6. I didn't have Skills Search and different wording for 'Exclude these words' on my end to 'None of these words'. Is it something depending on the location I think?
@@itahirk You're right, looks like Upwork updated advanced search and no longer allow you to manipulate the title search. You will just have to use a single title search. I will update the video description.
@JoshBurnsTech I litterly jumped into making a zap for as this was an awesome idea to create a zap for. So bad they updated it, but I think we can still create an RSS feed and zap if we add some other job related tweaks on left sidebar.
@@itahirk You can definitely still create one. Just not one RSS feed for multiple job titles. You will have to create a single job title search for each RSS feed.
Since it's a multi-step Zap, it would start at $19/month which is what I currently pay. If you win a job from it, then it more than pays for itself. You could probably find a cheaper/free alternative to Zapier but it would involve more work and be more complex to manage. I personally like Zapier for the ease of use. And I'm not affiliated with them in any way, this is my personal advice/recommendation.

For some reasons the title search with the AND/OR operators isn't working for me. By the way Awesome content, Josh.
I’m not having an issue with it. Try starting over from a fresh search. I only use OR when adding multiple titles. Thank you!

I have created a good Upwork profile i have proposed for jobs but no fruits yet. Now i don't have connects i have to wait for free connects monthly 😭
Connects are tough right now. If you don't have a budget to buy connects, then you have to be very selective when applying for jobs.

When I click on RSS, a file is downloaded. I copied the URL from that file and pasted in zapier. But it can't pull the feed. Any suggestion?
