    I have downloaded and installed the driver, set up wifi for my ImageClass MF267DW, I'm now at the step of adding a printer to my MAC, but I don't see a printer list to pick Canon Printer. What should I do?

Make sure the printer is registered at: canon.us/account and the number you're calling from is the number associated with your My Canon Account to get directly connected.

    I cannot get the Scanner Utility installation to work. The scanner. She does not appear in the Add Network Scanner window. Any suggestions?

    Unanswered questions: (1) As to entering 'password' . . same as I use for a wireless connection ? What if several characters of my password are not available on your list ? (2) If I normally use a Ethernet computer/router connection, can I still do a wireless printer connection ? Or will I have to go to USB ?

      Hi, Paul! To get your imageCLASS printer onto your network, you'll need to enter your network password. The printer should let you choose just about any character available on a standard keyboard including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Your printer should also support both a LAN connection and Wi-Fi.

      @@CanonUSA I changed my WiFi Network password 'to make sure' the special characters I used could be fully entered on the printer screen. I am now about to follow the video instructions and go through this process again.

    What does it mean ''confirm that you router is properly set up?'' My router does not have ''add printer'' in settings. Is that a problem?

      Hi! Just as you'll want to make sure your printer is plugged in and turned on before getting started, you'll also want to make sure your router is working properly. You can do this simply by seeing if the router is powered on and if devices connected to it, such as your computer, are able to access it. Once you've verified this, you're ready to proceed with the steps shown in the video. Those steps involve only your computer and your printer.

    This is such a bad process
