I could name 100 foods I'd eat that dont include any 7-eleven in it lmfao. Who's finna namedrop 7-eleven in their list of foods they'd eat before they die?
No, just no. Anthony Bourdain really shone a light on cultures and appreciated food and the people who made it. Big Mike just stuffs his face and uses the same handful of words to describe everything
@@timbo71351w Good enough for me. He also doesn’t have the budget/writers/crew/editing as Bourdain did. Obviously I wasn’t implying he was the next great travel host otherwise I would’ve said that. No one could even copy the presence/personality/or greatness that Bourdain was and no one will ever come close and I always miss him for that. He’s also mentioned Bourdain here and over there years so I could see where I got my vibes so for me, so yes just yes.
I could live off Japanese food for life. I would sacrifice all other food for it. (Maybe NOT just from 7-11 lol). Waiting for us to have better selection. PS. WHY even in Hawaii they have better 7-11 food than we do. I'd happily pay to have better selection like this. And while this channel is more noodles: I want the onigiri!
American refrigerated food makers need to use the Japanese nested tray design. The American way of having it in one container often ruins the rice or noodles or potatoes etc.
Hi Mike 👋 Like you, I love food. And I love the enthusiasm of your videos. But it troubles me how much “convenience food” you recommend. Here’s a challenge for you - if you *really* recommend something from say, 7-11, please read out ALL of the ingredients on the package for that food. And then please explain why each of those ingredients are healthy ingredients for human beings (vs things that are in there to prolong shelf-life). Prove me wrong, but most of the those “foods” are designed to appeal on a predicable level (e.g. high sodium, lots of spice, high sugar 🧐). But, more importantly, they are engineered to hang around on the shelves for months (if not years) - to maximise the profits of the manufacturer…
Just read the damn labels yourself if you care that much. I do it in the grocery store but I don’t expect people on RUclips to spell everything out for us and why. He’s not a nutritionist
he’s clearly not recommending this as everyday food and everyone already knows that not all of the food is good for you… lol.. its a given. it’s just things he recommends from 7-11, and japans 7-11 isn’t as bad as u think lol.
every time i see stuff you can get in japan just at a simple 7-11 just makes me wonder where we went wrong in america to be no where near this
I would rather not die, but a nice bowl of noodles would go down nicely.
Japan is my number 1 place I wanna visit one reason is because of the food.
I can never watch your videos hungry
One thing I do get that is 7-11 branded here in N.J. is the Raspberry Iced Tea.
