Some very pertinent comments around the fragility of our current agro-industrial food system. Thanks for taking the time to preserve the diversity of our food systems.

Huge round of applause Tim. We've relied for a long time on people who are committed fanatics about running a kitchen garden or breeding enhanced strains of plants. Just because people are able to manipulate plants genetically now, doesn't mean that we should throw out the heritage varieties.

It's just a dream. I was able to watch the restoration video from 1999 and I am just enchanted with the fact that there were people that committed to this labor of love in preserving the beauty and alongside it the species and disciplines of these skill sets. We are blessed to have it documented. I am excited to learn about the Eden project going forward.

Beautiful!! Keep on educating us and informing the public about it. I would like to see a video of the restoration in full. Why not make a video for sale. I will buy one or a set.
