The show he mentioned -- Longmire -- is great! Just finished the last episode yesterday. Something of a combo between a John Wayne movie and a slightly cheesy soap opera. Gets you hooked and you forgive the cheesy bits.

i agree! I'm watching it right now for the thousand time! one of my fave films as a teenager! I'm 32 now and still love it! Lou stole every scene in the film :D
agreed! i love his other characters like the avenging wise stoic native american or the innocent sweet ritchie valens, but his character in the big hit was so different than any other character he played before and he was hilarious! he was my favorite in that film, a real highlight!
