I love that there’s so many windows in the house. It seems like they don’t make homes with this many windows anymore. I especially hate bathrooms with no windows or laundry rooms with no windows or a kitchen that doesn’t have a window you can look out while you’re cooking and cleaning.
Beautiful home. Virtually NO green space whatsoever. And more important, a child's room should never lead right onto the pool area.

That could easily be a second bedroom for an adult.

This is just how the house was staged, that could be used as an adult room or an office.

Great video work, by the way. Love the shot of one of the bathrooms where you started out at the sink and then panned right and craned up to the shower. I run in to lots of bathrooms like that and hadn't really had a solution as to the best way to video them. So thanks for the demo!!!

I live walking distance to this house. North of Montana ave is absolutely insane! Average price $5.5mm. Some say it’s actually $7.5mm. I’m friends with a couple who makes $1.3mm combined but can’t afford this area at all! 😮
Being a lifetime local to SM, I just realized recently for the very first time that our Lifeguard Station's numbers are parallel to the "hundred blocks." Station 26 is the 2600s block, Station 4 is the 400s block.
So when I saw 451 address, the first thing I thought about was Station 4, and knew exactly what area this House is on.
This house is gorgeous... it won’t be on the market for long😍😍😍
This home is really really nice. I love the open pool area that has a sit down area and the outdoor fire place. That is so beautiful to have whole side of the home the full terrace area!!!! The guest home at timing setting (2:36) seems to be the garage. So, in this guest home the upstairs space is the extra bedroom and I hope there is an extra bathroom attached to this guest bedroom. The downstairs living with those gorgeous glass doors that open up to the side terrace/patio pool area is beautiful. Although, I see that the garage is renovated for the extra living extra guest home but where is the space for parking the cars? Finally, looking at the whole property at timing setting (3:20) the roofing seems to be of Spanish style terracotta which is gorgeous.
Haha garage is quite unnecessary for southern california.

@@apple2722 Other gorgeous properties in California in general have garages for their gorgeous homes. Or at least a drive way on a space for a side drive parking space. That type of home would need space on the side do a wider lot would be needed for a side drive. I have see many beautiful homes in Santa Monica closure to the beach that have a drive ways with a garages and south of there as well. California has many great areas with beautiful homes like in New York and Chicago.

They have it listed for$25,000 which must be a typo and maybe the agent was tipsy when he typed that. However, we’re to figure this to be a good $2.5 mil.

So where do you park your car after a long day at work or beach. There's no longer a driveway or garage?
I think I spotted a driveway beside the house at the start of the video.
But even with the driveway, I hate narrow driveways that don’t let you turn the car around. If it’s a production every day just to park my car in a way that allows me to enter the street nose-first, the house isn’t worth it.
The lens used on the camera gave a very distorted feeling to the video.

Apparently it is rent, zillow says 25k per month, unimpressive that the agency itself doesn't specify that. Apparently the house sold in 2019 for 4.4mill. Zillow's rent estimate places it a bit under 20 so maybe the price is quite inflated even beyond santa monica's very high house price levels. I guess they figure some new star will need housing in LA and just fork out the extreme amount even though it's above market. Sure some can afford it but it's 300k after taxes per year. That pays for quite a bit elsewhere.

It's a nice house but very boring furniture, my place is much smaller but looks a lot better because I have very beautiful furniture.
You don't need a big place to make it look beautiful all you need is a great design with lots of colors because colors inhance our moods.
