Great tips! I've been to Monserrat and was so glad that I did. I think half of the fun is getting there, and going on the cable car, the rack railway & the funiculars. I also went on a day trip to Figueres, since one of my friends wanted to see the Dali Museum. We also went to the Castell de Sant Ferran while there, and it was one of my favorite memories of the trip. Next time, I'll have to make it to Girona.
