What speakers should I use for a party that large?

Two 15 and Two Subs and Filler. I would go with two monitors and Two side fills .

@@mixx_factoryno. That’s only 12 inch tops, qsc k12. IMO they are too small for venue at this size. The same with the sub, two 18 inch is not ideal for a venue of that size.
