Vauxhall is also a mass-market marque designed and engineered to sell to the broadest possible market. Most people aren't enthusiasts and just want a vehicle to drive from point A to B at the least possible cost. If you want driving excitement get a Porsche Lotus or ALFA.
It's funny when you hear British reviewers talk about Vauxhall like it is an independent company. They are just market-specific variations of the equivalent Opel or models from other GM divisions or partners. Vauxhall hasn't designed or engineered a model of its own since the original Viva.
At 27:19, I doubt the interior wasn't so much undesigned as it probably was underfunded. As in so much budget was spent on the exterior, the interior was not forgotten about--especially by the bean counters.
Yet Vauxhall vehicles are massive sellers and a large percentage of those sales are to repeat buyers who were obviously satisfied enough with their present vehicle to buy another one from the same manufacturer.
@@williamegler8771 they are cheap cars to buy and cheap parts in general...but that doesn't mean they are good. Myself had some Opel/Vauxhall in the past, weren't bad , but not good either.. cheaply made , cheap feel and look interior like, engine's average...I wouldn't buy again!
im still drives the vauxhall vectra b 2002 CDX 2.0 engine and it still the best for me it has traveled 184000KM so far and it still running perfect ❤
90% of Vauxhalls are about as exciting as sipping a warm glass of milk in the dark, at 2 am.
