Hi Jakob, what size rebounder do you recommend? I currently have a 38 inch but considering buying a used 40 inch, or do I need a bigger 48 inch? I love your videos, and love the exercise plus positivity! I’m 5’3, about 150lbs.
Hello Helen, I think that 40inch trampoline is fine for you :-) Don't focus on jumping as wide as possible (I also don't use the full width of the trampoline frequently), but more likely on working with your core and correctly "absorbing" the energy of the trampoline. So your upper body is not jumping up and down that much. If you look how I perform especially high intense exercis without handlebars, that's what I mean. My knees are going up, but my upper body is stable and controlled :-)
