The last part of our land hunt in Quezon! Thankful we also got to explore this unexpectedly charming town in the province! Thank you for watching, more adventurous to come soon 🥰🇵🇭
Foreigners can't buy land in the philippines but jonathan can buy, you are married to jonathan if your parents trust him then they can buy through jonathan.
Yes, that's the plan 🥰
here is a tip susie and jonathan, get a map and draw a circle with a chosen area point in metro manila as its center. the radius of your circle must depends on your required travel time. any place of your circle circumference line will be your choices. if for example you chose pandi, bulacan, the next step is to investigate the area for price per meter square, water sources, possible income etc, etc. the closer to metro manila the more expensive. you possibly will result of choosing nueva ecija area still because of all available resources N.E. can provide on top of that, you are already well versed in nueva ecija. in nueva ecija, the farther you go from the city or town center, the cheaper. if you live in sta. rosa, towards penaranda or fort magsaysay possibly a bit cheaper than sta rosa town. if i remember correctly, of all the provinces in central luzon, nueva ecija has the best water quality source, that's really hard to beat.
A must see festival in lucban is the Pahiyas, in honor of San Isidro Labrador, patron saint of farmers. This is celebrated May 15th of every year.
How about a boat on Laguna De Bay Lake? Commute by water!
Pixel’s movement specially if running is like my Hamster 🐹 ❤
Hahaha so funny! A happy little hamster
Been to Antipolo? Heard it was nice up in the mountains, near Metro Manila.
Jonathan, try going up the church belltower, you can probably ping the map for side-quests. 😅
😂
Dual Citizens of the Philippines under Philippine Republic Act 9225 can own land in the Philippines without restrictions similar to foreigners or former natural-born Filipinos.
But, it takes 10 years to get citizenship in the Philippines unless the person applying is some kind of an Athlete or with celebrity status who is representing or promoting the country at an international level.
Dear Susie & Jonathan, I suggest you try going to Cavite along Gen. Aguinaldo hi-way from silang toTagaytay, Amadeo & Alfonso there's alot of farmlots there and the weather is cool.🤗 there's also lots of natural resortu can find there.
dear susie
go visit SiLang, Cavite (towards tagaytay) or alfonso, cavite
advantages:
1) much cooler climate all year round
2) only 1-2 hrs away from manila
3) nature all around you
3) easy access to public trabsportation
am living in SiLang, Cavite, Philippines 🇵🇭
Vegan, Baclayon Bohol, Bicol have historic buildings.
It's really nice the Lucban city.
No foreigner can buy land in d Philippines, but if your husband is a Filipino he can buy
Anyway it is conjugal property.
I think you’re a Filipino citizen by way of your Filipino husband so there’s no problem!! You can buy land for your Hungarian parents , your money or your parent’s money on your behalf. Do whatever you want with the land - build a house, raised animals and grow vegetables and fruit trees or build a fishpond if it’s in a rural scene or any other business that serves the interest of retiring lives of your parents. In the end , who will inherit that land and what’s in it including any improvements if not you and your husband and your future children!! 😁😁
hi susie and Jonathan. I have been an avid follower of your page for maybe almost a year already. I enjoyed watching your clips. anyway, there is a road that susie's parents, despite being foreigners, can validly purchase land in Philippines. Legally.
Lucban is known for its May 15 Pahiyas festival in honor of Saint Isidro Labrador, the patron saint of farmers.
Teach u, let your hubby buy d land in his name but u give d TORRENS LAND TITLE CERTIFICATE TO YOUR PARENTS, your hubby cant sell it
He can declare he lost it and he can get new TCT title 😂 titles now are digital e-titles.

Susie I like it when you sprinkle your English sentence with Tagalog words “Taglish,” You have been Filipinized already. Say Hi to Jonathan.
I mean d Land amortization tax per year
That's d way some foreigner ask me a way, every year d land tax is computed in d assessor's office of where d land is bought
Quezon have a celebration of kakanin, flowers and the things they grows.Quezon is one of old places and heritage houses and buildings.I want to go there 1day.its a beautiful place and very respectable ppl. They have accent and opo to ppl.
I want to go to Lucban now.

Magandang umaga din 🥰🥰
Hopefully you can find that dream land.
Present Miss Susie 🙋
Hi Susie and Jonathan 👋 thank you for showing that place Lucban, maybe i will go that way God willing 🙏. Keep on vlogging guys, take care and enjoy. God loves you guys 🙏💐🥰
Happy to hear that, I'm sure you'll love the place, even more charming in person! 😊
@@SusieinthePhilippines Thank you Susie and Jonathan, take care 🙏💐🥰
I agree, take it slow. Land is expensive, so once you buy it, it's pretty much permanent (or at least hard to sell). You need to make sure the location fits all your needs and there are no bad surprises. Things like good water source, power connections, fiber-optic internet availability, closest hospital, closest gas station, closest grocery/mall, closest major city, road conditions, water drainage/flood risks, safety from natural risks like landslides or volcanoes (!), even the neighbors you will have. These matter quite a lot. Some of them are even more important than the main things people usually think of, like the view, the price, or nearby nice places.
Welcome to our province. The beautiful province of quezon. It's one of the biggest province. Try to go old zigzag road.
Thank you!! You can watch us going through Atimonan in the previous vlog 😊 also rode through the zigzag road earlier this year in our Bicol Roadtrip series. Love the area so much!!
Go to bulacan near at DRT
My friend/neighbor here in USA is going home in Puerto Princessa Palawan in August 21. She has plenty of land and she is thinking of selling some because all her children are American Citizens and not interested to live in the Philippines. Her Filipino family back in the Philippines aren't farmers and has no interest of working in the farm. She will leave some for herself because she will be living in the Philippines for the rest of her life. It must be a good farm land because I know her very well in all her choices. She's a good woman at the age of 70 years old.
im not sure about what you said what i know is if you are a foreign wife your name will be on the title as the wife BUT if your husband passes away for any reason the property will be passed on to his filipino relatives and not you even if youre the wife. or if you guys decide to sell the property your husbands signature is the only signature required to transfer it.
In that case, a foreigner by way of an exception under the Philippine Constitution can own a parcel of land through succession..
@@jackspider9920 im not aware of any exception, if they will bear a child and the dad passes away the property will go to their filipino child and the foreign wife will not inherit any part of the land. one way to help her parents is if they sign an agreement with her husband giving him an interest free loan which her husband will use to buy the land and that they may collect the loan at any point and that if the husband is not able to pay the loan then he must sell the property as the first option to be able to pat the loan, and that her parents names will be annotated in the title as creditors of the husband and any payments made for the sale of the property must be paid directly to her parents.. and then the foreign wife can put the actual house/improvement in her name(in the tax declaration) as an added protection signing an agreement that he cannot evict her from his land unless he pays the loan from her parents in full. im not a lawyer but thats how id do it.
I’d love a plot and some rainforest land there but the regulations are designed to stop foreign speculators ( which I fully agree with )
Please consult the Philippine Retirement Administration/Authority. Its the office that supports local or foreign people who would like to retire in the Philippines. But if you are buying land for business, its a different story. However, if you purchase the land under your name and your husband, who is a Filipino, I think there will be no problem.
Foreigners may not be able to buy but they can lease long term and treat the property as if its their own
One of the most liked in Lucban is the 'Longaniza' and the 'Budin'(Cassava Cake Lucban Version). I hope you have tried it as well. hehe
Oooh if only we knew about that I love cassava 😱 next time!!
Wow !! At last ! You already visit Lucban! I was there last May during Pahiyas Festival and my cousin lives near that church
Tru to visit the old cemetery. An old hispanic cemetery
Some decorations were still out! We are hoping gk return next year for Pahiyas
wow ganda jan mom parang ikaw maganda❤❤
Hopefully you guys stay safe and have fun in the Philippines, thats my retirement place, my home. Maybe ill bump into you guys someday. 😂😂😂❤❤❤
Then see you soon hopefully 😁🩷
Hello po. If you have time po, try to go to Ilocos, Vigan. Marami din mga magagamdang lugar po dun.
We've been there last year, love Vigan ❤️ there are two vlogs on the channel 🥰
You should check out Iloilo city and the surrounding areas.
batangas is cold and have beaches too near in the capital
Prople decorate their homes with decorative rice wafers, fruits and vegetables.
Jonathan accent is like Italian but he's Filipino right?
I think it's Hungarian accent 😊 we have a mixed accent
JonathanSusie so many lands or farm lands with also fruit bearing trees for sale in the entire Nueva Ecija and the surrounding Provinces and many Property vloggers and they can help you , can give you more detailed informations. Do not buy land near the Volcanoes in Taal, Mayon . It will be awaken and terrible will happen in the surrounding areas, volanic lava underground. The Big one will come. Take your time, do your homework.
Update the gas station kubo is full of surot
😂😂 Minus one point
You can buy a land under the name of your husband and you, but see to it that it's not prone to typhoon or calamities. Anyway you can choose so many land for sale.
Susie you live in the Cabanatuan city Northern part of Luzon so i wonder why are you chosen Lucban Quezon province souther part of Luzon so very Far for Nueva Ecija? 🤔 i hope you choose Bulacan province or Valenzuela city par of NCR
No but you can buy a condo.
Not allowing foreigners to own lands is a crazy law. But that is what it is unless the chacha or constitutional amendment will pass. But you are married to a Filipino citizen. So you can apply for Filipino citizenship, and your parents can buy land in your name. But for the time being, they can buy lands thru your husband's name until you get your Filipino citizenship. So there are ways to get around this law.
👍💖
Hey susie
Hii 😊
Since you are married to a Filipino, apply for a Filipino citizenship by NATURALIZATION.
Present
Thank you for watching!
7:31 If I'm not mistaken, this kind of banana that my Mother and Lola let us eat when we were young, it's for "deworming a child", natural way of deworming a child. 😅❤ Not sure if it is effective.
Wow really? Never heared of that! I only ever tried that kind of banana once, very rare in our area
Not sure if it is effective, since we were child that time. Up to this day, I've never tried to eat it again, since yellow bananas are always available.
Good luck hope you find the best place for the family GOD BLESSED 😊
Thank you 😊
I'm a real state agent fyi
you married a filipino guy you can apply for your dual citizenship.. so your family name changed(surename)..
This is the reason why the Philippine Constitution needs to be amended so that foreigners who have the money and know-how can buy real properties legally and marrying Filipino citizens as a form of circumvention to the foreign land ownership ban will become unnecessary because they cannot recoup their hard-earned investments if their marriages go downhill like divorce.
I think. You better find out first as far as I know you have to be a citizen there in order for you to buy property otherwise it will be illegal not valid
What😱how come pagdating sa Chinese pweding pwedi🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
I grew up in a farm so I can buy 😂
😂
fvck😂😂😂
Foreigners can only lease, not buy land in the Philippines. If your parents want to buy land as their future retirement place, they will have to place it under the name of a Filipino citizen. Ask your husband if he's willing. If your parents trust him.
Susie , since u have living in the Philippines for quite some time n speaks the local language, why don't you try to apply for Dual Citizenship...
Would love to! Haven't lived here for 10 years yet but when I will it would be amazing
You parents can buy land, but it’s gonna be under your name and Jonathan.
I was trying to say that to you guys..
Your parents cant buy land in PH.. just like any Foreigners.. they can rent it for a bussiness but they cant own a land..
Jonathan can buy it for them but it would be very complicated if worst comes to worst..
You know what I mean..
Jonathan can buy the land. And jonathan just have to declare the money used to pay the land was borrowed from your parents and the land is used as collateral. Ask a lawyer, he can draft that..
3:20 Houses and Buildings are just like trash 😂 but if you focus, it's really amazing and how beautiful this place is. Feels like I'm the drone watching this from above. 😅
You and your husband buy the land and lease it to your parents.
Are you two married? 'Cause I think if you marry a Pilipino then you can buy a land.
Only ur husband can buy, foreigner can only buy Condos
You can buy land with your husband as conjugal property. Then let your parents stay with you. Thats the easiest way😂😂 when you have kids then ipamana nyo na.😂😂😂😂😂
Isn't it a "religion of peace", that even to just confess that you are an apostate of islam, your life is threatened that you have to to camouflage yourself from being known to be so, lest, you'd be killed.
Come of Jesus, HIS salvation is free and by free will.
PH is heaven on earth for rich Filipinos only & not for foreigners to settle foreigners in PH can't own properties lands full business ownership & have very limited rights foreigners can be naturalized PH citizens if born & raised in PH like the prominent Spanish Ayala family which is not the case of newcomers
Let crazy rich foreigners Buy all the land near a military base, financial sector or beach. What could go wrong? Lapu Lapu would say No way Susie ! HAHA
You can buy land in the Philippines only 40% by you and 60%ownersship by Jonathan
FOREIGNERS CANNOT BUY OR OWN A LAND IN THE PHILIPPINES. YOUR HUSBAND IS A FILIPINO,HE CAN BUY LAND WITH HIS OWN REGISTERED NAME BUT NOT YOU OR YOUR PARENTS CAN. THE PURCHASED LAND CAN BE REGISTERED TO YOUR HUSBAND NAME ONLY BECAUSE HE IS A PINOY.
NEVER EVER PAY WITH CASH! ALWAYS! ABSOLUTELY ALWAYS THROUGH BANK! EVEN DOWN PAYMENTS! ALWAYS THROUGH BANK! MAYBE RESERVATION PAYMENT 5K TO 10K. BUT BEYOND THAT ALWAYS THROUGH BANK!
Your Husband can buy for your family, but under his name only, then execute a rental agreement for 70 years, all rights (development) under your family except owning the land, 70 years i long enough for you whole family to enjoy the property.
