lennyxxx16 hah no we just have a switch feature in our keybord which basically changes the english alphabet to the greek one. So we can have english letters and greek ones.

I guess it depends if you are going off of when the first book came out, or the publishing dates. Because BoO came out last year and Percy was 17… so he can be 17 or 22...
Actually, accepting the publication year as the year the first book is set in, then he would turn 23 this August. The first book is set a couple of months before his 13th birthday. That would also mean The Heroes of Olympus series is set, mostly, in the year . . . 2009, I think.

That box is so cool! I definitely agree that the original covers are so much better. They're unique and each have a different feel to them whereas the new ones all sort of look the same. I DIDN'T KNOW THERE WAS AN ACTUAL MURAL O.O WOAH!!!

I remember reading about all of these creepy mythological stories when I was in 3rd grade, because my dad bought me "Tales of the Greek Heroes" and I read it twice so when I read Percy Jackson I felt so boss knowing all of the mythology already xD

This is obviously a PG book then. Aphrodite did come from the sea from Cronos' body parts, but those "parts" were actually his genitals.

Christine I have the best book game you can play with your friends. You need 3 people. The owner of the book shelf writes down a book on the shelf back words. 2 people close there eyes and then 3 2 1 go they see the piece of paper and have to work out what it a
says then both of them run to the shelf and try and grab the book. They put it in there pile then u repeat the person with the most books in the end wins. U can also play this game with someone saying it backwards instead of writing it anyway I love u Christine your so sweat and funny. I hope u like the game I made up.

I see the mural if you look carefully on the sides you can see that there is the wings of the Pegasus and it just connect perfectly just use the tiny poster as a guide

i still haven't read these books and i keep meaning to.l I remember in fourth grade my class was doing book talks and like six people did percy jackson and i said out loud that i never read them and i don't see what the big deal is... i was fearful of my life. people were yelling at me four like three days. I will read them this summer though, I am determined.

My friend got back from camp recently and she told me that she found out Rick Riordan went to the same school we do and camp half blood was based off of the camp that he went to when he was a kid that my friend got back from. All I could think was YOU WENT TO CAMP HALF BLOOD.

hey there , a bit late but I don't know if you know it by now, but fun fact our liver can actually "make " itself again. So if there is a surgery and the doctors have to cut some of your liver your organisation would produce that part. So mythology had some true stuff.
