I always turn to your channel for preparing Mangalorean food. Regarding the sambar recipe, living in the UK I struggle to find good quality tamarind. Could you suggest an alternative ingredient I could use?
Sambar you use only Tamarind..in UK at Indian grocery stores you will find tamarind. I use to do that whenever I use to visit UK I use to get all my stuffs from Indian store.🤗
