Do we need new google service account everytime we launch a new app from the same console account? Or creating new key is enough?

If you are using a single Google Cloud Console account for multiple apps, you don't need to create a new service account for each app. You can use the same service account for multiple apps.
However, for security and management purposes, it's recommended to use separate service accounts for different apps or different environments (e.g. development, production) within the same app.
In terms of the private key, you can use the same private key file (also known as a key file or service account key path) for multiple apps associated with the same service account, or you can create a new private key file for each app.
Note: The number of private keys you can generate for a single service account is limited, so be mindful of that when creating new private keys.
