Is this a cooking channel now, because that particular dish was a masterpiece (the ingredient selection and the ingredient freshness, the textures, the cooking techniques and timing). I'm not even vegetarian, but I'm always looking for ways to eat more healthy, and that dish is substantially more interesting and filling than either a salad or a vegetable stir-fry.
Those noodles are unbelievable - the smooth stretching and rolling and wrapping motions are hypnotic. But what makes all this so enjoyable to watch is your skill with the camera: you’re an incredibly cinematic filmmaker, and the way you see light and motion and sound through the camera is rare and delightful. You should be making feature-length documentaries, and it looks like you’re working your way there. Keep going.

Veggie balls! It's delicious. And after they cool down, they won't be crispy anymore. Then you can put them into other dishes instead of meat, or you can eat them together with porridge. It's very delicious too.

That is not spring onion oil at the end. It's chinese chives oil which is a special flavor in northwest China.
