Thank you sooo much , i working with my Grand daughter. It helps when she hears and seeing someone who actually knows what they’re talking about.

These tips are on point. All her videos really explain how to and why. My 13 year old know it all's now understands what her other coaches have been trying to tell her. Amanda's other video in slow mo is also a great tool

Great vid. My grand daughter is in her 1sr year of fastpitch. Neither I or the coaches know a thing about teaching them the right technique or mechanics. Watching all your vids have helped me to learn an try to help her. Thxs

Great Video and Series. Spot On! Too many kids are being told to throw hard all the time and have no body control or rhythm...moreso they are getting hurt from out of league instructors forcing kids muscles beyond the stage they are at. Its evident in Amanda's career she took care of herself the right way. Great for any coaches to share with their young athletes.

I have seen you pitch by pointing the ball away at the top as well as pointing the ball toward home plate. Has your thinking changed?

My daughter has trouble with arm circles, if she does a wind up she has a hard time with taking the ball straight back into her wind up. Instead she tends to come back behind her back, throwing her arm circle towards the right handed batter vs going straight down the middle....if that makes sense. Is there a drill out there to help her with this issue?

Ever find a solution? My daughter is having a terrible time with that issue. She winds up behind her back. Gonna try the wall drill. We’re both a little frustrated.
