A false 498A has been filled against my family members and I. All the things written in the FIR is is false from the beginning to the end. On the dates of occurrence of the crime (according to my complaint wife) I was 1000 Kilometres away in Raipur from my hometown Kolkata. I have Office attendance on that day also. What is the chances of this case getting quashed in The High Court? Also the main eye witnesses of this crime i.e. her father was in Rajasthan which is nearly 2200 Kilometres Apart? Can I demand for their and my CDR locations on that date to prove my innocence?
