I was going to get them brand new oem from www.infinitipartsnet.com/oem-parts/infiniti-trim-molding-809223wn0a but they’re pretty pricey for what they are so I actually picked mine up off Facebook market place from a salvaged G37. eBay is also a good option.

I always thought those trims were just clipped to the door panel, no wonder they been giving me hell to take them out.
