I‘ve assembled the KDP120 on my own and it almost killed me... It's much much larger and heavier than the ES110 which was the first digital piano I owned. I think I really need to go to the gym more often.
Hello, can I ask if it is possible to un-assemble the piano, let's say I'm moving from an apartment to another, is it possible to un-assemble the piano then bring it to my new apartment, then assemble it again?
Hi there, does the 120 come with a bench? Or do you have to buy one separately? I know the 110 does come with a bench. Your unboxing video doesn’t show a bench in the box. The bench you’re sitting on at the end of the video seems too fancy (with adjustable knobs), so I don’t think it’s part of the package. Thank you.

No. It’s a little heavy which may be troublesome depending on your technique, but it feels like a high quality digital piano. Doesn’t feel mush or inconsistent like cheaper pianos. It can be used for intermediate pianos easily. For advanced repertoire you should be looking at uprights honestly. If you were to choose a digital however you should go for the nicer digital pianos with more complete actions like the ca49.
I there I am in the process of buying a digital piano but I am a bit stuck with the choice. I already own a kawai acoustic k15-E but my neighbours say is too loud....of course will be, so i need a digital to practice at different hours. I tried the kdp110 and cn29, they are quite bouncy compared to the real thing. I am torn in between kdp120, CN29, CN39. on the kawai website if i go on the compare tool, the specifications don't seem to be a lot different, which one would you recommend? is it worth the extra money to upgrade to CN39 I am only interested in the keys action not much the sounds. Your help is much appeciated. Thanks Fran
Hi! The keys are the same on the CN-29 and CN-39 so the main differences between those two are the functions and speaker size (the 39 has a bit bigger speakers). I you dint care about the number of sounds and functions, then just go for the CN-29 :)
Hi there, they have improved the keyboard action with cushion material for a more silent key noise, added a low volume balancer for optimised sound, added support for their PianoRemote control app and PiaBookPlayer and modernised the key cover appearance.
@@zdravkozdravka4313 The action is quite similar. The pricetag is also quite similar so the changes they have made are not huge. The RHIII (from the CN-29) is still better in my opinion, but the upgrades have definately improved the instrument over the KDP-110
@@VB-dm6ps Na, the KDP120 is better than the YDP164. Louder better speakers, better connectivity, nicer Cabin, and 256 note polyphony compared to the 192 on the YDP 164. Plus Kawai's spatial headphone experience. The YDP164 doesn't come with Yamaha's premium headphone technology but Kawai went ahead and included their premium headphone technology in the KDP120. It's also cheaper. The only thing that the Yamaha might beat it in is in action however that is 100% subjective and I am only saying that because you might prefer the Yamaha one depending on your preferences.

This one has the Harmonic Imaging sound source with the SK-EX grand piano sound and the Roland has the SuperNatural Piano modeling sound source. It is kind of a subjective answer 🙃🙃🙃
