    I present to you a recipe for a very tasty and very easy to prepare pie - this is a French galette. I have a version with plums, but you can use different fruits and berries.

    🔹Ingredients 🔹
    Dough:
    ✔Wheat flour - 100 g.
    ✔Rice flour - 100 g (you can only use wheat flour).
    ✔Butter - 100 g (cold)
    ✔Ice water - 4-5 tbsp. l.
    ✔Sugar - 1-2 tbsp. l.
    ✔Salt - a pinch.
    Filling
    ✔Plums - 300 g (you can take any fruits and berries).
    ✔Starch (corn) - 1 tbsp. l.
    ✔Powdered sugar - 1-2 tbsp. l. (depends on the sweetness of the fruit).
    ✔Egg yolk+1 tbsp. l. milk for brushing the dough.
    🕒 Bake at 180°C for an average of 30-35 minutes. The exact baking time depends on your oven.
    ✅Notes:
    🔸Traditionally, galette is not a very sweet pie. But if you like it sweeter, add more sugar to the dough.
    🔸Adjust the amount of starch depending on the juiciness of fruits or berries - the juicier they are, the more starch you need to put. If you use dried fruits or wait for thick ones, then starch is not needed.
    🔸The edges of the galette may not be greased with egg, but it makes the pie look more beautiful.
