Some reviews of acer v series are negative... After delivery service is very poor.. if any issue with tv within months after delivery they just laagging and not giving proper service.. is it? Actually i am planning to purchase a qled tv... Hissense and acer is in my budget.. but both products having some negative reviews... I cant understand which tv to buy..!!

Why screen option under display is greyed out?
Bro do you have theatre experience sound effect, and do you experience Dolby atmos and the Dolby vision.
Tv speaker won't give any special effect, also lags some time. But if you use a sound bar with Dolby Atmos, it give a good experience. Picture quality is good

I haven't used this TV for gaming and I guess gaming will be little glitchy in this series because I'm facing occasional lags while playing 4K videos with built-in speakers.

@@TechnicalTouchND service is good as of now, Installation team came the very next day. I've also received 2 calls from customer care team enquiring about feedback. Except occasional lag while playing 4k content, this TV is good.
You can check Toshiba TVs also, my friend is using and he is totally satisfied.

It's not recommended at Rs.42000 at least right now. The video quality is really amazing. After 2 week usage, I'm facing occasional glitches while playing 4k videos. The speakers are just average.
Other aspects are good as of now.
I think the above issues may get rectified via update.
