    Who are the people behind these impressive machines, it makes you wonder, what will they think of next?

    is there wide option for tooling? To process C bends with much shorter middle plane than ending one

    • @napoleonszkieletorzkoszulk5470
      @napoleonszkieletorzkoszulk5470 3 года назад

      example a=80 b=40 c=~50-2000

      bend 1. 20mm 130°- bend 2. 100mm 50°. Can bendcenter tooling proces it better than V dies in standard press brakes? It would require very deep upper tool since main plane can't move

      Dear Napoleon,
      Thank you for your question.
      It is possible to bend a longer first bend than the second, depending on the overall geometry of the part. Please understand that answering your questions in detail would definitely go beyond the scope of a simple RUclips comment. Therefore we would like to invite you to contact your local TRUMPF branch to get every information you need.
      Or contact us via www.trumpf.com/en_INT/meta/contact/
      Have a great day and best regards
      Your TRUMPF Team

    Trump, the candidate for US presidency, made a speech with this machine in the background for some reason.

      He wants his followers to think he has something to do with it. The machine has an IQ 1000x his and it doesn't even have an IQ.

      Thank you for your comment. The event you are mentioning took place in a customer’s facility. To clarify, this was their event. We as TRUMPF were not involved. We don’t take any political stance in this matter.

    More automated it is, the more likely it will break down and have problems.

      Dear trentpantera,
      Thanks a lot for your comment! Why do you think that more automation makes the process more vulnerable? We can assure you that for our machines, this is not the case :)
      If you want to see it for yourself, why not visit one of our Customer Centers or a reference customer? There you will see in detail how our automation works and why it is so reliable - just visit our website www.trumpf.com and use the contact form and we can come back to you. In the meantine, you might want to check out this video of one of our customers who’s happy with automated machines: ruclips.net/video/xHyGTxPT3lU/видео.html or this video of another customer whose entire factory is automated ruclips.net/video/2rFK-Bt47g4/видео.html (it’s in Chinese but with English subtitles).
      If you have any questions about our automation or about TRUMPF bending machines, don’t hesitate to get in touch again. Have a great day!
