- We've never pursued rental arbitrage (instead we've always focused on equity building), but recently an interesting deal was brought to us that made us reconsider our "no arbitrage" strategy.
The problem? We know very little about rental arbitrage. So we called up our buddy, Jeff, who is an expert in the arbitrage-to-str space, to get his guidance on negotiating rental arbitrage deals.
Talking through the pros and cons with Jeff is such a great video format. I’ve always been against rental arbitrage for me personally so I could just own my own places but I am now doing my first rental arbitrage for different reasons. I hope you enjoyed your trip. How is Hostgpo different from Minoan? BTW - As you now know, chartering a private boat is the best way to experience the BVI!
