I started smoking since my teenage. I'm a veteran, was actually addicted to alcohol and cigarettes. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Got diagnosed with cptsd. Not until my wife recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 8 years totally clean. Much respect to mother nature the great magic shrooms.

Can you help me with the reliable source 🙏. I'm 56 and have suffered for years with addiction, anxiety and severe ptsd, I got my panic attacks under control myself years ago and they have come back with a vengeance, I'm constantly trying to take full breaths but can't get the full satisfying breath out, it's absolutely crippling me, i live in Germany. YES very sure of Dr.benfungi. I have the same experience with anxiety, depression, PTSD and addiction and Mushrooms definitely made a huge huge difference to why am clean today.

Fell for the peer pressure about 1.5 years ago. Past 2 months ive massively cut back and cut down nic levels with the intention of quitting.
Don't ever do it.
Honestly there isnt't any point besides an addiction.
I hated vaping till my best mate got me onto them, Within about 2 months i was buy 2 iget bars a week and hitting them from the moment i woke up till i went to sleep. Im 5 months clean off them now and feel so much better. Throw them out brother you can do it

I had a mate about 12 years ago that gave up ciggies and started vaping, when it was only just hitting the market. He was trying to get me to start too, and being a former smoker myself I didn't see any positives in breathing in a different form of smoke/mist into my lungs, and to this day i've not had a single vape inhale.

As much as this is a skit it’s actually a pretty good way to show people that vape (including me) how gay you actually look doing it. You literally have no argument to back doing it unless ur trying to quit smoking. I quit vapes once for about 1 month and went back because I didn’t think it’d hurt me short term. But over the past few days I see more and more stuff that makes me start to realise this shit ain’t cool, I’ve got 1 left. As soon as it’s done I’m done. Wish me luck fellas
