A really eye opening video. It is the business owner who needs to decide whether they need a custom solution or an off-the-shelf.
It completely depends upon the process of operations. In my personal experience, most of the ERP providers are 'copycats' to each other. They may be well versed with the system but not the way you operate the business.
This is one major reason why Tesla implemented their own in-house vertically integrated ERP after scrapping off SAP, while most automotive giants rely on SAP.
Coming to the MSME sector, one should implement one module first and then add other modules to create a full-fledged system.
