So grateful as well....former mental health counselor here.. didn't know a Chakra from a chunk of concrete...March 2021 kundalini ripped my world apart..it's been heaven and hell...homeless and suicidal within a year...it's year 3, learning to ride the waves, I'm undoing the Granthas now...whew boy...ty for being here...I almost quite literally didn't survive.

None of it is actually happening in the body, it's all happening in the Consciousness, which is then reflected in the body. Calling it Kudalini energy isn't accurate, it's an expansion of the Consciouness which can result in a lot of energy being released in the body. Everything first happens in Consciouness.
